Change:
The calculation of the change24h field in the API response will change from the price fluctuation from 00:00 in the UTC+8 time zone to the current time, to the price fluctuation over the past 24 hours from the current time.

New Rules:
The 6 hours idempotency time of clientOid will be start from the time create the order.
Example:
User uses "clientOid":"clientOid001" to place limit order at 2024-06-12 00:00:00, which is filled at 2024-06-12 06:00:01. And then, the user can use the same "clientOid":"clientOid001" to place new orders after 2024-06-12 06:00:01(idempotency expiry)
Current Rules:
The 6 hours idempotency time of clientOid will be start from the time when the order finished.
Example:
User uses "clientOid":"clientOid001" to place limit order at 2024-06-12 00:00:00, which is filled at 2024-06-12 06:00:01. But the next time of user can use the same clientOid will be at 2024-06-12 12:00:01

The spot order channel push now includes a new parameter newSize, which will gradually replace the existing parameter size in subsequent updates.
newSize represents the order quantity, following the specified rules:
