Documents previously submitted by Microsoft to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) show that a vote on "evaluating investment in Bitcoin" will be held at the company's shareholder meeting on December 10th. Shareholders such as Vanguard Group, BlackRock, and State Street Bank will be eligible to vote on this proposal. According to the content of the proposal, it is suggested to study Bitcoin as a hedge against inflation and other macroeconomic impacts, but there are reports that Microsoft's board of directors recommends shareholders vote against this proposal.
