CleanSpark acquires five bitcoin mining farms in Georgia with a total capacity of 60MW for $25.8 million

US Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark has announced the acquisition of five Bitcoin mining facilities in Georgia for $25.8 million in cash. The total power of these five mining facilities is 60 megawatts (MW), with each facility ranging in size from 8MW to 15MW and a cost of approximately $430,000 per megawatt. CleanSpark plans to deploy its previously ordered Antminer S21 Pro miners at these facilities, which are expected to add 3.7 EH/s of computing power once fully installed. CleanSpark is the third-largest publicly listed Bitcoin mining company in the US and had achieved approximately 17 EH/s of computing power as of May. The company also operates approximately 300MW of mining facilities in Georgia.
