Crypto.com Fined $3.1 Million by Dutch Central Bank for Operating Without Registration
Crypto.com has been fined $3.1 million by the Dutch central bank for operating in the country without registration. The fine was increased due to the platform serving a significant number of customers in the Netherlands and not paying supervisory fees. The company is now registered with De Nederlandsche Bank. The fine was imposed on Foris DAX MT Limited, which runs Crypto.com, for offering services in the Netherlands without registering with DNB.
