Bitcoin's second-layer network Stacks has begun the Satoshi upgrade
The second layer network of Bitcoin, Stacks, has begun the Satoshi upgrade, separating the block production plan on Stacks from that of Bitcoin. Network operators now have two weeks to implement the Satoshi upgrade, after which the process will be completed through a hard fork.
