Cryptocurrency Portfolios of Top Lawmakers Revealed: They Hold Bitcoin and These Surprise Altcoins!
It has been revealed that some South Korean lawmakers hold popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), XRP and Dogecoin (DOGE).
South Korea, which came to the fore with suspicious cryptocurrency transactions of a member of parliament, is now in the news with the cryptocurrency assets of some of its members of parliament.
According to local news agency Korea News 1, cryptocurrency holdings of Korean politicians have been revealed.
Accordingly, the highest value virtual asset held by the 22nd first-term National Assembly member Park Soo-min from the People's Power Party was the Hunminjeongeum Haeryebon NFT worth 100 million won.
Lee Jun-seok of the Reform Party stated that he has a total of 45 types of virtual assets, making him the lawmaker who reported the most virtual assets.
Jeong Jin-wook of the Democratic Party of Korea reported that a total of 20,147,000 won in virtual assets were held by his wife and eldest son.
Park Hee-seung of the Democratic Party reported that his eldest son has $16,965,000 worth of virtual assets in his possession, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ripple (XRP), and Paycoin.
Finally, Democratic Party member Mo Kyung-jong reported that he has 400 Dogecoin (DOGE) worth 2,061,000 won.
