MakerDAO to hold Spark tokenization competition, selected projects will receive $1 billion in liquidity support
MakerDAO announced the Spark Tokenization Grand Prix competition, aimed at tokenizing $1 billion in real assets and introducing them to MakerDAO. The competition is open to all innovators and issuers, and selected partners will receive up to $1 billion in liquidity support.
Applications will open on August 12, 2024, and will be judged by judges such as Phoenix Labs and Steakhouse Financial, with evaluation criteria including pricing, liquidity, and strategic alignment. In the end, the winner will be selected by governance voting by MKR token holders.
