XAI: Tokens will be minted on-chain as scheduled to reduce the impact on Sentry Node release
On June 28th, XAI posted on social media that they will conduct a Xai token minting on the blockchain as part of their scheduled minting plan listed in the Xai Gitbook. The Xai Foundation will regularly mint tokens based on the release plan outlined in the Gitbook. It should be noted that these tokens are not initially minted for the purpose of maximizing node releases. It is expected that there will be more strategic minting activities this year aimed at minimizing the impact on Sentry Node releases and ensuring that halving does not occur prematurely.
