Hong Kong Investment Funds Association: Investment options including virtual asset ETFs are becoming more and more abundant
The Hong Kong Investment Funds Association and KPMG jointly released a report titled "2030 Vision: The Future of Hong Kong's Fund Management Industry". The report emphasizes the diversification of investment in Hong Kong, which means opening up more asset classes to retail investors, especially the growing interest in alternative assets. Virtual assets continue to attract investors' interest, including virtual asset ETFs and other investment options that are becoming increasingly abundant. Recent regulatory developments have helped Hong Kong enhance its competitiveness and become the preferred destination for fund management companies to invest in emerging asset classes. Looking ahead to the development prospects in 2030, asset management companies are confident that they can continue to improve the business environment of Hong Kong's asset management industry through continued cooperation with the governments and regulatory agencies of mainland China and Hong Kong.
