Ripple Completes Acquisition of Digital Asset Custody
Ripple announced that it has completed the acquisition of Standard Custody & Trust Company, a regulated digital asset custody institution, which strengthens its product portfolio and plans to launch a stablecoin supported by the US dollar. In addition, Ripple has appointed Jack McDonald as Senior Vice President of Stablecoin, while he remains the current CEO of Standard Custody.
