Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) and the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on digital assets. The MOU establishes a framework for cooperation between the two regulatory bodies to support the creation and effective regulation of digital asset entities within their jurisdictions. It also aims to promote responsible innovation in the digital asset space and information sharing between the two regulatory bodies.
