The issue seems to be affecting mobile devices more than other platforms, with the ChatGPT app on Android getting stuck at the login screen. OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, has acknowledged the issue and is investigating the cause. While users wait for the service to return, there are alternative options available, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Mistral AI's LeChat, Reka AI's multimodal chatbot, and Meta AI's multimodal large language model.
