Metis: Connected to cross-chain bridge Router Nitro

ChainCatcher news, Metis announced that it has launched the mainnet version of Router Nitro, a cross-chain asset bridge developed by Router Protocol. Users can now cross-chain any assets to Metis through Router and experience faster, safer and cost-effective cross-chain transfers.

Router Nitro adopts an optimistic approach to transaction execution, enabling reverse verification through stateful bridging and contract integration on Router Chain. Its zero TVL intention-based asset transfer method and open network participation mechanism enable it to save 50-70% of gas costs compared to competing products, while most transfers can be completed within 20 seconds.

It is reported that this integration has brought significant advantages to Metis users, including fast transfers in 5-20 seconds, lower user costs, and one-click seamless on-chain experience. To accelerate the inflow of TVL, Router Protocol will also deploy a new reward mechanism alongside Metis’ existing incentive program.
