Number of new Bitcoin wallets drops to lowest level since 2018
According to data from The Block, the 7-day moving average of new addresses on the Bitcoin network was near its historical high six months ago, but has now dropped to the lowest level since 2018. On average, only 275,000 addresses were added to the Bitcoin network per day in the past week, compared to 625,000 six months ago.
