US DOJ selects consulting firm Forensic Risk Alliance as Binance’s external regulator
The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has selected consulting firm Forensic Risk Alliance as the external regulatory agency for Binance. According to sources, Wall Street law firm Sullivan & Cromwell was initially considered the best choice for this role. Currently, the US Department of Justice has declined to comment on this matter, and spokespersons for Sullivan & Cromwell and FRA have not immediately responded to requests for comment.
