Singapore court dismisses liquidation request of crypto investment firm Cake Group
The Singapore High Court today rejected the liquidation application filed by U-Zyn Chua, former chief technology officer of Cake Group. In addition to ruling that there was no reason to close this cryptocurrency company, judicial commissioner Alex Wong also added at the court hearing that seeking liquidation as a quick solution to the problem was inappropriate when there were other remedies available.
