Do Kwon may miss SEC trial on fraud charges
Due to extradition delays, Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon may miss the trial on March 25th for fraud charges brought by the US SEC. Do Kwon's lawyer, David Patton, stated in a letter to the New York federal court on Monday that the defendant is not seeking to postpone the trial date. Do Kwon had previously expressed a desire to attend the trial in person, which was originally scheduled for January but postponed to March.
