I. Why can’t I follow an elite trader?

1. You are currently an elite trader.

2. The elite trader has limited its followers to certain users or certain groups of users.

II. Why am I unable to copy orders?

1. The elite trader has reached their maximum follower count.

2. The elite trader has had their status revoked.

3. You have been removed by the elite trader as a follower.

4. There are no assets in your account.

5. The elite trader’s maximum copy trading limit has been reached.

6. The elite trader has reached the limit for the number of copy trades they can make.

7. The follower has reached the limit for the number of order they can copy.

8. Followers are unable to copy an elite trader’s order that is partially filled.
