Announcement on Suspension of VELO1-Stellar Lumens Network Withdrawal Services

In order to provide a better trading experience, Bitget will suspend withdrawal services for the VELO1-Stellar Lumens network starting from August 18, 2023 (UTC+9) until a later date.
